Provided that we have stock of the item you want, we will ship within 2 business days of receipt of your order and payment. If we do not have stock, we will contact you by either telephone or email to advise on delivery time or arrange an alternative item. If you do not want an alternative item, we will issue a full refund.
Communion dresses are always despatched via Special Delivery to ensure adequate insurance cover.
Small orders are usually despatched by Royal Mail First Class post, however, we may send higher value orders via My Hermes courier service. We try to despatch all orders on the day they are received and paid for but this is not always possible, especially during the very busy communion season and you should allow 5 – 7 days for delivery, with the exception of Special Delivery which should reach you before 1pm the next day.
All orders are despatched by Royal Mail Standard Airmail service. Royal Mail quote 5-7 day delivery time but, in practice, it can sometimes take a little longer and you should allow 10 days for delivery.
We are happy to despatch orders to anywhere in the world but costs vary enormously depending on the size and weight of the package and the level of service you require. Please contact us (email@example.com) before ordering so that we can advise the best option and price for the delivery.
Overseas customers should also be aware the some countries may impose customs charges and taxes which are the buyer’s responsibility
We are happy to accept unworn returned Items (with all original tags and packaging) for an exchange or refund. The Item must be returned within 14 days of receiving your Item (UK customers.) You must however email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) or Tel: 0161 370 9323 within 72 hours of receiving the Item. We can then amend our records and await the return. Please confirm your order number with us so that we can trace your order more efficiently. Faulty Items must be returned for Inspection using our correct postal address (see below.) If the Item is found to have a manufacturing defect you will be offered an exchange or refund. Please note If you exchange the Item a postage cost will apply for sending out the new item. We advise that you return your Item by "signed for" post as It is not our responsibility If an Item goes missing. Please ensure your parcel is adequately sealed, and complete the returns form. This will ensure that your return will be dealt with promptly. Please ensure you get a certificate of postage from the Post Office (this is a free service.) To place an order, locate the item(s) you wish to buy and click the "add to cart" button. Once it is in your cart you may proceed to the checkout. You can choose to sign up for an account at Little Jems which allows you to avoid entering your details every time. It also allows you to save items to your "wish list" and write reviews on items. Alternatively you can proceed as a guest. Once you have entered your details, you will be taken to PayPal to make your payment. Please ensure all of your information is correct before proceeding to this step. After paying, you will be returned to this site and see a confirmation message. You will also be emailed confirming your purchase details. Please note, that you do not need a PayPal account in order to make a payment through PayPal.
